Chili Mango Slaw
Citrusy, sweet, light, and with a bit of a kick, this chili mango slaw is the perfect side for any summer BBQ or taco night. Super easy to make and a great healthy side that everyone will enjoy. This version is completely dairy-free but gets its creaminess from the avocado, which is a great healthy fat.
Growing up, one of my favorite snacks to eat was mango with Tajin. If youโre not familiar with it, itโs basically the best condiment ever! A mix of chili peppers, salt, and lime. I wanted to incorporate all those flavors into a slaw as an ideal pairing to any summer dish.
